" A rare opportunity to purchase to purchase a fine 4 bedroom detached family house standing in just over a quarter acre plot (0.26) in Chichester. Requiring a degree of modernisation, this individual home was built for the present family in the 1950?s and was extended in the 1960?s to provide an additional reception room/ bedroom and shower room. The extension has its own entrance and would make an ideal teenager suite, with the potential to extend into a full annexe, subject to the appropriate local authority consent.
The main house has an L shaped open plan lounge dining room with double doors opening to an orangery which was built in 2015 and is an attractive addition to the property, with recessed low voltage down lighters and French doors out to the beautiful southerly aspect rear garden.
