" A superbly positioned detached family house with good accommodation over two floors. The house has an excellent aspect in the cul de sac with the light sitting room facing westerly at the rear, off this is a conservatory which the owners have installed giving lovely views over the garden. There are three double bedrooms and one single on the first floor with the principal bedroom suite having an ensuite bathroom with bath and power shower, there is also an additional family shower room with power shower. Downstairs there is a third WC with hand wash basin. An internal inspection is recommended.

Occupying a pleasant cul-de-sac position, conveniently located within 0.25 mile of the infant and primary school and Bohunt Secondary School. The centre of the village is about 1 mile with its range of shops, including Sainsburys supermarket, recreational facilities and Liphook railway station on the Portsmouth/Waterloo main line. More comprehensive facilities are available in the town of Haslemere, within about 5 miles. There are many acres of fine countryside close at hand, including the South Downs National Park , there is also golf at Liphook golf club and at Old Thorns with sailing in Chichester harbour and beaches at West Wittering to the south along the A3.
