" A modern detached two-storey 3-bedroom

(circa 1950s) house with garage at the side, shared drive and compact landscaped gardens to three sides.

Situated on the corner of Amherst Gardens and Castlebar Road, approximately 0.7 miles from Haven Green and Ealing Broadway station with forthcoming Crossrail link connection. With easy access to Ealing town centre and well-placed for local schools including Durston House, Harvington Prep, Notting Hill & Ealing High, St Gregory?s Primary, St Benedict?s and Montpelier Primary. Road connections for the A4 and the M4 & M40 motorways.

GROUND FLOOR

Entrance hall guides you to a cloakroom with wash hand basin and WC. There are also two communicating reception rooms. The one at the front has a York stone fireplace surround and the one at the rear (annexe) with French doors leads to rear garden and another door leads to a conservatory.

The conservatory houses the gas central heating boiler and has a door to rear garden.
