" An attractive period semi-detached family residence with spacious accommodation comprising entrance into a long covered porch with space for prams, bicycles etc; drawing room with a bay window to front and a further sash window to the front elevation, fireplace with wood burner, exposed timbers to floor and a picture rail; snug/sitting room with picture rail and exposed timbers to the floor; small study in the smaller conservatory; breakfast room with exposed timbers, sash window to side and a picture rail; kitchen with large window to the side, range cooker, American style fridge/freezer, integrated fridge and dishwasher; cloak/utility room with space for stacked washing machine and tumble drier and a further conservatory to the rear.
