" Situated in a convenient position for the amenities of Coulsdon and three mainline train stations is this attractive family home with well proportioned rooms throughout. The detached modern property is beautifully presented with a neutral colour palette complementing the excellent natural light afforded by large windows, particularly attractive within the open plan kitchen / dining and family area, which benefits from a favourable southerly aspect. The versatile floor plan is well suited as a family home, with a separate formal reception room at the front of the house and an L-shaped open plan space for day to day dining as a family.
