SITUATION Trowdon is set in an attractive rural location close to the desirable village of Whimple, which has a range of local facilities including two pubs, primary school, post office/shop and a railway station on the London Waterloo line. Ottery St Mary (3 miles) has a wide range of shops as well as the well-respected Kings School. The market town of Honiton (10 miles) has a wider range of facilities along with a sports centre/swimming pool and golf club. The cathedral and university city of Exeter (11 miles) has a range of facilities befitting a centre of its importance. The M5 can be accessed at Junction 29 at Exeter or Junction 28 at Cullompton. The property has a number of original features typical of a property from this era. DIRECTIONS From Exeter proceed in an easterly direction on Pinhoe road. Follow the signs to Pinhoe and proceed straight ahead through Westclyst towards Broadclyst. Take the right hand turning to Dog village and instead of following the road around to the right, turn left and follow the signs to Whimple. After 2.5 miles the property can be found on the right.
