SITUATION Hazeldene is situated in a very convenient location, only about a mile from South Molton, a thriving and popular market town offering a good range of schooling, banking and shopping amenities and the popular Pannier Market held on Thursdays and Saturdays, together with regular livestock markets. There is a junction on the A361 about half a mile from the property providing trunk road class motoring facilities to the regional centre of Barnstaple to the west and Tiverton and the M5 Junction 27 in the south east with intercity rail connections at Tiverton Parkway on the London Paddington line.
