" You enter this impressive home into a hallway boasting parquet flooring and a cloakroom. A double aspect sitting room has French doors out to the gardens and a stone fireplace with an inset wood burning stove. Through the sitting room is the dining room which also offers views of the immaculate gardens, leading to the fantastic ?L-shaped` Kitchen/breakfast room with a range of Oak units, integrated dishwasher, 5 ring range cooker and space for an American fridge/freezer. There is a sunpipe which compliments this bright and airy family room that also has tri-fold doors opening onto the rear garden. The utility room has matching units and an integrated freezer.

Mainline trains to London Marylebone and Birmingham can be found in Princes Risborough and Great Missenden. The M40 is easily accessed at either Junction 4 High Wycombe, or Junction 5 Stokenchurch both are approximately 10 miles away. Cadsden benefits from a regular bus service joining Aylesbury and High Wycombe, via Princes Risborough, which can be accessed from the main A4010 which is a short walk away.
