" INTRODUCTION
Positioned enviably on a corner plot, this extended four bedroom detached home has been finished to an impeccably high standard throughout. Accommodation briefly comprises of an entrance hall, living room, kitchendiner, family room, office area, WC and bathroom with ensuite. Upstairs there are three further bedrooms, ensuite to master, walk in wardrobe to master and family bathroom. There is driveway parking for multiple vehicles alongside a turfed area to the front and a double garage. To the rear there is an enclosed and landscaped garden.

LOCATION
Waterlooville is a market town in the borough of Havant. There are great transport links to London. The maritime city of Portsmouth is a short drive away and is home to a thriving centre of pubs, shops and amenities. The popular tourist spot of Hayling Island is a short drive away too.

INSIDE

The beautiful south east facing rear garden has a paved seating area, with an area laid to lawn, with shrub borders and summerhouse.
