" This detached family house has been extended by the current owners to provide great family accommodation.   The house has been in the same ownership for well over 20 years and although would now benefit from modernisation and updating has great potential.   The property has a superbly large sitting/dining room with patio door into the garden with a fantastic family room/study off, which would be ideal as large office or indeed a child or teenager's playroom. The kitchen is of good dimensions with utility room and door to the garden and there is an internal door into the double garage. On the first floor is a large master suite comprising bedroom, dressing room and en suite bathroom. There are 3 further bedrooms with the guest suite also being served by an en suite bathroom. An internal viewing is recommended to appreciate the size of the property.

Situation
Occupying a sought after position on the well regarded Berg Estate within 0.5 mile of Liphook station on the Waterloo/Portsmouth main line. The village offers a good range of local amenities including shops and a Sainsburys supermarket. There is an excellent choice of both state and private schools in the vicinity including Churchers Junior School, Highfield School and Bohunt Secondary School which won the TES Secondary School of the Year in 2014. More comprehensive facilities are available in the town of Haslemere within about 4.5 miles. There are many acres of fine countryside close at hand including much under the ownership of the National Trust.
