If you are looking for the perfect Student House then look no further. We are excited to present to you a 6 bedroom student house in the Burley area of Leeds - Rooms are available from 1st July 2019 and there are NO FEES!!

Just this summer we have designed and fitted a BRAND NEW KITCHEN and installed new appliances that will make you want to invite your friends over.

Kitchen:
BRAND NEW fitted Kitchen with double ovens (no waiting around to cook your own food), 5 burner electric hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, enormous fridge, massive freezer and a TV in the kitchen too.

Loads and loads of cupboard space and plenty of worktops to prepare your food on. You have to see this Kitchen to appreciate the size.

Lounge Room:
2 double seater sofas (one of which is actually a pull out sofa), bean bags and a TV hooked up to NOW TV, free channels only I'm afraid, but feel free to add on SKY Sports, SKY Movies or Netflix if you wish (these will be charged extra).

Bedrooms:
All of our bedrooms have their own locks so rest assured your belongings will be safe. Each room is fitted with a double bed, study area, wardrobes, chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet. Plenty of sockets dotted around the room to plug in all your weird and wonderful gadgets.

Bathrooms:
This house comes with a main bathroom featuring a bath/shower, toilet and sink. Across the hall is a separate shower room and also a downstairs there is a separate toilet. One shower is electric whilst the other is running off the mains, that means there will always be hot water for a shower.

Courtyard:
There is also a courtyard on this property and I know in the past our students have enjoyed a summer BBQ or two when the sun finally comes out to shine.

Location:
Our house is located in Burley, right next to the train station and a very short walk to the Co-op supermarket (about 2 minutes).

The transport links are brilliant here, you have the train station, loads of local bus stops, if you like to cycle we provide a bike lock bar in the courtyard of the house so you can lock it up, or you can simply just walk everywhere, it's all pretty close.

Bills:
Yes all the bills are included in your monthly fee (we will enforce a fair usage policy if we feel you are abusing the gas and electricity, so go easy) but we haven't had a problem yet so we are pretty confident you will be just fine.
