" This charming three bedroom semi-detached, quintessential Grade II listed cottage, built in the late 1500 s, is offered to the market with; an abundance of original character features, ample living accommodation and beautiful landscaped gardens.

Upon approaching, the front laid to lawn garden is beautifully presented and with a framed wisteria and mature hedgerow path leading to the front door this quaint cottage is truly a one-of-a-kind property from the offset. Upon entering, a characteristic cottage door gives access to the property through an entrance porch, of which features brick flooring and wooden framed windows. The entirety of the property offers a wealth of history and character features from exposed oak beams, traditional cottage doors, inglenook fireplace and exposed brick walls, yet also has all the requirements of modern day living. The entrance porch leads through to the original part of the house where a double aspect reception room is situated.
