" This traditional home is now offered for sale without any onward chain having been in the same ownership for some 60 years. Whilst somewhat dated, the accommodation is well presented, yet would benefit from a general upgrade. Other similar homes in this cul de sac have been greatly enhanced and, subject to planning approval there is potential to adapt this property. Arranged over two floors, an enclosed front porch leads into the hall. Beneath the stairs is a cloakroom. The front facing sitting room has a half bay window and the fireplace is presently fitted with a gas fired back-boiler for the heating and hot water. A double width opening gives access to the dining room. The kitchen has been extended to offer an additional area to the rear where a door leads out to the rear garden. The first floor comprises three bedrooms with the front having a half bay matching that of the sitting room. Situation
Audley Avenue is a popular cul de sac of similar homes dating from the 1950's. Within a convenient walk or local bus ride of the city, there is also a convenience store nearby. On the walk to the city one passes the Royal Victoria Park adjacent to the famous Royal Crescent.
