" Description:
A mature three bedroom semi detached property which at just under 1200 square foot offers well proportioned spacious accommodation with the potential to extend further as other properties have done in the close. In the same ownership for over fifty years the owners have kept the property in excellent order throughout. Situated at the end of the cul de sac the property is set back with an open plan front garden, parking and a carport. There is a separate garage and a conservatory at the rear. Accommodation includes a large entrance hallway two separate reception rooms with the chimney breast situated in the middle of the room. Fitted kitchen with small breakfast bar leading to the conservatory with an aspect over the rear garden. Upstairs three bedrooms two are large doubles with built in wardrobes. The property has double glazing and gas central heating fitted approximately five years ago. There is planning permission obtained for an annexe at the property.

Chalgrove is set amidst flat farmland situated c. 10 miles south east of Oxford, c. 4 miles west of Watlington, and only c. 5 miles from J6 M40. Thames Travel provides an hourly bus service from Watlington to Oxford (Number 101). There is also a regular fast train service from Thame/Haddenham

(12 miles) to London Marylebone (45 mins) and from Didcot (15 miles) to Paddington (45 mins). There are comprehensive shopping facilities and a weekly market in the traditional market towns of Thame and Wallingford. The city of Oxford has extensive shops, theatres, museums and many recreational facilities.
