" This well-proportioned semi-detached house was originally built in the 1930?s and was extended approximately 20 years ago to provide what is now a good sized family house set on split levels and presented in good order throughout.

The property has the benefit of attractive gardens both front and rear. Of particular note is the aspect over the adjacent property?s magnificent Austrian pine tree planted by Emmeline Pankhurst. In addition within the garden area is an extended garage which provides currently a workshop with the benefit of all services but could easily be converted into a separate studio/annex or office. At the rear of the garden there is also a separate shed and treehouse.
