" This is an unusual detached Victorian house, originally built as a pair of semi detached houses, and successfully amalgamated into one dwelling by the present owners. Thoughtful design has resulted in superb family accommodation with all attributes generally sought after in older properties, but rarely found. The ground floor offers 4 separate reception rooms in addition to a spacious kitchen and utility room, whilst at first floor level are four large bedrooms, two having en-suite facilities, plus an attractive family shower room.

In addition to the main accommodation there are very useful cellar rooms underneath the front half of the house.
