" LOCATION:
Redruth is a small commercial town, with a population recorded in 2001 of 12,352. A museum organised by the Old Cornwall Society is housed in the Town Council office at the bottom of the main street.
Redruth is also home to Carn Brea, which has historical interest. Key shops and other outlets within the town centre include a multi-screen cinema, a covered market way, the Cornish Studies Centre, an old butter market, various antique shops, a second hand book shop and two supermarkets. Off the main high street (Fore Street), there are two separate specialist shopping areas, Bond Street (to the south of the railway station) and Green Lane to the north.

DIRECTIONS:
From the A30 east of Redruth, head West along the A30, Take the exit toward Redruth/Porthtowan/Pool/A3047. Take the first exit at the first roundabout and the third exit at the second roundabout following the A3047. Follow the A3047 for 1.4 miles going through two roundabouts then turn right into Chariot Road . Follow this road for 0.3 miles as it changes from Chariot road to Higher Broad Lane. Lees is on the right hand side directly opposite the Post Office.

GENERAL:
Lees is a detached bungalow that has been carefully developed to provide spacious and well presented family accommodation and comprises; four bedrooms (master en-suite above), a substantial Living Room,  Bathroom, modern Kitchen Diner and Utility, with a Garage and enclosed Rear Garden with rural views.

APPROACH:
Lees is situated 3 miles from Camborne and 2 miles from Redruth while Truro is 11 miles by car.

Lit by a double glazed bay window in the front elevation and warmed by a radiator, the Bedroom has, under stair storage, coving and detailed skirting boards.
Walk across the hallway to Bedroom 3.

BEDROOM 3:  4.48m into bay by 3.61m  14’8” x  11’10”
Warmed by a radiator and with a finish similar to Bedroom 2, illumination is from a bay window in the front elevation supplemented by centre and wall lights.
Return to the Hallway, turn left and left again into the Living Room.

LIVING ROOM:  7.28m max by 5.03m max  23’11” x 16’6”
Entered by a white panelled door from the Hallway the well proportioned Living Room is lit by a window in the side elevation and a patio door in the rear elevation opening to the rear garden. The room has a modern feature fire, two radiators, detailed skirting boards, coving, TV connection and an impressive pair of glazed doors opening to the Dining Area.
