Built in 1895, Martin and Co are delighted to offer for sale this well presented four bedroom detached Victorian home with a 1920โ€˜s extension, creating an extra reception room and an upstairs bathroom. The property comprises and benefits from gas central heating, Upvc double glazing, three good sized reception rooms, period features including fireplaces, picture rails, ceiling roses, feature archways and original stripped hardwood doors.

The property is entered into a spacious entrance hall with a fantastic period tiled floor that runs from the front door to the kitchen, a good sized under-stairs cupboard, a storage cupboard housing the boiler, doors to the living room, dining room, study/music room and the downstairs cloakroom.
