Full description:
Marston sits on the edge of Patmore Heath, a nature reserve of about 18 acres with public access and a good place for walking dogs. The area is popular with commuters, as there is excellent access to the A10 and the M11 and a good range of primary schools a short distance from the house. This detached property is predominantly built in cavity brick work with a rendered finish up to eaves level, where it is timber framed with a slate roof. We understand the property has benefitted from a considerable quantity of insulation to the walls and roof space. The accommodation is shown on the plan and includes a generous entrance hall, a sitting room with doors to the terrace and garden, a well-fitted kitchen/breakfast room with integrated appliances and a utility room. To the front of the house there are two bedrooms, a shower room and a study. On the first floor, there are two large double bedrooms with splendid views over the nature reserve and a family bathroom.

Outside, a driveway leads to a double garage with light and power and on the other side of the house two small outbuildings, one housing the oil fired boiler. The gardens are about 54ft x 55ft and are easily maintained, laid to lawn with shrub borders. The Catherine Wheel public house is about 150m away.

From Bishops Stortford proceed west on the A120 and at the Little Hadham traffic lights turn right and follow the road towards Albury. At The Catherine Wheel public house turn right onto Patmore Heath and on entering the Heath turn right and the property is the sixth house along on the right hand side. "
