Ashurst has good access to Ashurst Beacon Country Park and Golf Club as well as the Concourse town centre. Road links include access to the M6 and M58 motorways. There is a bus route available from Wigan through to Ormskirk. The West Lancashire College is also in the area.

Our View

An early inspection is essential to appreciate this individually designed detached house situated in a cul de sac position in Ashurst. We feel this property would appeal to a range of buyers. The accommodation briefly comprises double glazed door to the entrance hall with wooden flooring, radiator, stairs to first floor and a built in cupboard. There is a cloakroom with a low level WC. The study has laminate flooring, radiator and a double glazed window. The lounge has double glazed French doors, two double glazed windows, dual fuel solid fuel burning fire, radiator and wooden flooring. The dining kitchen has a modern range of wall and base units with work tops, partial tiling, breakfast bar, extractor fan, gas hob, electric oven, built in microwave, three double glazed windows, built in coffee machine, integrated dishwasher, plumbing for washing machine and laminate flooring. To the first floor, there is a galleried landing with wooden flooring, a skylight looking down to the lounge and a feature double glazed window. There are four bedrooms with the master having an en suite comprising of a corner shower cubicle, pedestal wash hand basin, low level WC, double glazed window and tiled walls and flooring. There is also a contemporary bathroom suite with a bath having tiled side, corner shower cubicle, heated towel rail, two double glazed windows and tiled walls and flooring. Outside to the front of the property, there is a block paved driveway and a small garden area laid to wood chippings and a log store. There is a detached garage with up and over door, power and lighting. To the rear, there is an enclosed rear garden with large patio, lawn, two sheds and flower borders.
