Where is Anderson Close? Welcome to Anderson Close. A small tucked away cul-de-sac in Bowerham. A street which is surrounded in Greenery. Walk to the end of the close and you'll discover stunning views over Morecambe Bay. Williamson Park is on your doorstop. A short stroll takes you to the leisure park where you'll discover a great farm shop. Some of the areas top schools are close by.

The city centre is just a few minute drive. The University of Cumbria and Hospital, both key employers are both under 1 mile. What we like 'Having the self contained annex has been such a bonus. Building it allowed us to create a space that worked perfectly for us as an extended family. It would also make a great work from home space or could be rented out to generate an extra income.

However for us, it is the tranquillity and greenery that make this home so special. Wherever you sit inside, you can see the trees and it makes such a difference to our well being.' About this home Anderson Close is a perfect home to bring up family. The greenery surrounding gives you the feel of countryside living whilst the city centre centre is on your doorstep. It's a well thought out home. The modern kitchen gives you the space to casually dine. The ground floor wc is ideal for those with young children or for when you have visiting guests. We were pleased to see that the 3rd bedroom is also larger than average!

The annexe however really makes this home come into its own. Homes with a true annexe are rare, especially at this price level. This self contained apartment offers open plan living, a wet room and a double bedroom. It's been designed with disabled living in mind although you would never realise at first.

Add a large lawned garden and you really have a superb, unique inter-generational family home. The living space Enter through the entrance porch into the hallway. There's space to hang up your coat, even park a pram. A useful ground floor wc is set off.

The welcoming lounge offers the space to relax. Decorated in fresh white, you'll be pleased to see the original picture rails still feature. The large window floods the room with light.

Along one wall, the owners have created a craft area, a creative area for children and adults alike. The first floor To the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, all of which have useful built in storage . The master bedroom looks out to the front, whilst the 2nd bedroom has the views over the garden. The 3rd bedroom is a good size single, larger than many we've seen.

The bathroom is fitted with a 3 piece suite and has been tiled to compliment. There is a shower over the bath. The annexe The annexe has it's own private entrance. It really is a one bed apartment. The open plan living area gives the space to both cook, relax and dine.

The kitchen area is fit with white hi gloss units. The design of the flooring defines the areas between the kitchen and lounge. French doors open to the garden.

The double bedroom looks out to the front garden. It leads through to the en suite wet room which is modern in its design. The en suite can also be accessed off the living area.

It's worth noting that the annexe has it's own thermostat. timer and controls for the central heating. There is also a tv ariel and separate phone line. The Gardens and driveway Anderson Close is set back from the road by it's lawned forecourt garden. There is ample space to park two cars on the driveway. To the rear there is a large lawned garden surrounded by hedging. The garden also has fruit trees and should you wish, the space to grow vegetables at home!
