" This modern home is located close to the Leybourne Lakes and Country Park so walking and bike riding are a stones throw away. Just wait until you come inside this house, you will really appreciate its modern cool and contemporary style. There is a good size entrance hall and downstairs cloakroom - vital for any family and good size kitchen diner and lounge. The lounge is a particular feature as the large patio doors and double aspect add to the light and airy feel. As you go upstairs you realise what a good size the bedrooms are. The smallest is 9'4 x 7'1 and the bathroom is spacious too. What more could you wish for from a modern 3 bedroom home? There's even a good size non overlooked garden to relax in and the house is in a cul-de-sac so its traffic is kept to a minimum.

We were thrilled when we managed to buy this house. We fell in love with its modern style and spacious rooms, the driveway and good size kitchen diner - it was all that we wanted. We have done quite a lot but there's still scope for someone else such as a conservatory addition (subject to necessary consents) to take you further out into the garden.
