" Pulling up onto the driveway for the first time you get the feeling that this property is going to be special. This 1930s Art Deco family home has been designed to maximise on the beautiful views available. The wow factor starts the minute you enter the light and spacious hallway with its classic Art Deco style staircase and quarry tiled window sills. Upon entering the sitting room you are immediately drawn to the picture window, with its ever-changing view over Hythe. The centrepiece to this room is a fireplace with wood-burning stove and an ornate mantle, which we all crave on those long winter evenings. There is a large dining room with a perfect verandah, which allows you to soak up the amazing views. It is very rare to get four bedrooms all with sea views. The master bedroom has an en-suite and there are two additional bathrooms, perfect for those chaotic mornings when everyone is trying to get ready. The rest of the accommodation comprises a modern kitchen, where the granite work surface adds a real touch of class, a study, a cloakroom, a utility room, a conservatory and a large office / play room, which has an abundance of storage. Outside there is a single garage and off road parking for approximately four cars. The private south westerly garden again has stunning views, plus a brick built garden store.
