" Sitting in a hugely convenient location in Mayford and still within easy reach of Woking town centre, this is a stunning family home of exceptionally light and well planned accommodation. Our client has spent a great deal of time and no small amount of thought in updating the property and the result is a home that is beautifully presented throughout with a very attractive lean towards the contemporary and is very much a home into which an incoming buyer could move very easily. Throughout the house, rooms that are extremely well proportioned are also thoughtfully laid out to make the most of family living and are notably light and airy, all of which adds to the overall feeling of space.

On the ground floor, the principal living rooms all lead from a very welcoming reception hall with a beautiful Karndean floor that immediately sets the bar for the feeling of quality that runs through the house as a whole. Overlooking the rear garden and also leading into the conservatory, the sitting room is a delightful main reception room which has a very comfortable feel to it and works extremely well with the adjacent conservatory. On the front of the house, the dining room is likewise of a very comfortable size and works well with the kitchen across the hallway. The kitchen is fabulously well fitted out with a whole range of wooden units and a number of integrated appliances and has hugely attractive granite worksurfaces. The kitchen is open plan to a family sitting area which could equally well be used as a breakfast room if preferred but works extremely well as it is. The conservatory on the back is a very versatile room and can be accessed from the sitting room and the kitchen but also leads out onto the deck at the rear of the house and from there, the garden.

On the first floor, the bedrooms continue in the same notably light and airy vein and are all extremely well proportioned. On the back of the house there is a large attractive double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom while the second bedroom likewise has its own en-suite. The two remaining bedrooms sharing the use of the family bathroom which is very nicely fitted out with a white contemporary suite. On the top floor, there is a superb master bedroom suite which is flooded with natural light through three velux windows and has its own en suite bathroom as well as a small adjacent room which could very well be used as a perfect dressing room. All in all this is a superb family home of exceptional quality that is situated in a highly convenient location. "
