" Situated on this very popular development (in close proximity to the University of the West of England, Hewlett Packard and Abbeywood MOD Procurement Centre - three of the largest employers in South Gloucestershire) is this very well planned family sized four bedroom detached house.

STOKE PARK is a public open space of 108 hectares (270 acres). It occupies a prominent position on the eastern flanks of Purdown, alongside the M32 motorway, together with the landmark Dower House and Purdown transmitter.

FILTON can be reached from Junction 1 of the M32 motorway, or from Junction 16 of the M5 motorway. The town has a railway station, Filton Abbey Wood. Filton Park centres of employment such as BAE Systems, and the Ministry of Defence at Abbey Wood. Filton's educational facilities include South Gloucestershire and Stroud College, Abbeywood Community School and several primary schools. The University of the West of England is at nearby Frenchay.

FRENCHAY is a village, now a suburb of Bristol, England, to the north east of the city, but located mainly in South Gloucestershire and the Civil Parish of Winterbourne. The village is situated between the B4058 road, which runs parallel to the M32 motorway, and the wooded River Frome valley.

STOKE GIFFORD is home to Bristol Parkway station, on the London-South Wales railway line, The parish includes neighbouring Little Stoke, Harry Stoke and Stoke Park. The parish borders Filton, to the south-west, Patchway to the north west, Bradley Stoke to the north and Winterbourne and Hambrook to the east.
