" A wonderful four bedroom detached house house in central Sevenoaks within easy walking distance of the town centre and station. The property has a fantastic open plan kitchen/dining and living area. The stylish kitchen has cream glossy cabinets with a large central island with granite work surfaces. It features a Siemens double oven, steam oven, and microwave, ceramic hob and Neff integrated dishwasher. Off the kitchen is a large utility room with a Miele washing machine and tumble dryer. This has lots of additional cupboard space and French doors to the garden. There are two further reception rooms, both of which overlook the garden with French doors. and modern wall mounted modern fires. There is also a downstairs cloakroom off the entrance hall. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room and another with ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom is a large double and has fitted shelves and hanging space. The fourth bedroom which is also double in size, is currently being used as a study. There is also a separate shower room. Outside the large garden is mainly laid to lawn with terraces outside the house. There is a summer house and paved dining area. To the front there is an attached double garage with electric doors and plenty of additional parking in the driveway. "
