" A simply charming detached double fronted cottage situated in a popular part of Beaconsfield offering convenient access to the amenities of both the Old and new Towns. The current owners have extended and improved the property during their ownership and offer the property in excellent decorative condition. They have successfully embraced and retained period features, but have added modern comforts. Internal accommodation is arranged over two main floors and extends to over 1,100 sq ft. The ground floor provides surprisingly generous and flexible living space with two separate rooms and a well proportioned kitchen breakfast room. There is a dining room, which would have formed part of the original cottage and a formal sitting room which has been extended and opens via double doors to the garden. The kitchen, which is well equipped and has a slate covered breakfast bar and work surfaces, has ample space for dining or lounging options and also benefits from double doors to the terrace and garden. In addition, the ground floor has both a utility room and guest cloakroom. Upstairs, a central landing provides access to three bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Situation
The property is situated on a residential cul-de-sac road which provides excellent access to the amenities of Beaconsfield Old Town with an array of shops, bars and restaurants. In addition, Beaconsfield New Town is also accessible, which equally provides shopping facilities as well as Beaconsfield Railway Station. The station is within one mile of this property, which links directly with London Marylebone on the Chiltern Line, the journey of time for which is under 30 minutes. Junction 2 of the M40 is less than two miles away, which runs into London, but also links directly with the M25. Beaconsfield is a highly considered area for a number of reasons, not least for its position in relation to London, but also because of its high standard of facilities and local schooling.

Outside
Being detached, there is the ability to walk all around the cottage and this provides various areas of outside space. The main section of garden, which is directly accessed from both the kitchen and main sitting room, has been landscaped to offer areas of enclosed lawn and terrace. At the front, there is a section of hard standing with dropped curb, which could provide off street parking for a modest vehicle. "
