" This tremendous two bedroom cottage is beautifully presented with the bright and airy accommodation having been updated and added to by the current owners.
The setting of the house is idyllic, whilst still being in close proximity to Esher Train Station with its direct service to London Waterloo.
The open plan living / dining room is nice and spacious and has wood parquet flooring and a log burner as well which is a great feature.
The kitchen has a range of wall and base units and integrated oven and hob and opens up in to a fantastic garden room which was added by the current owners. This superb room has the benefit of under floor heating and has a tremendous feel of actually being in the garden itself to which it opens via double doors.
Upstairs the two bedrooms are well proportioned with the master having an exposed brick chimney breast which gives great character to the room.
The bathroom is very luxurious having been remodelled to now include a separate shower as well as bath and this room also has under floor heating to it.
The rear garden is very charming with a good patio area ideal for outside entertaining and an irrigated "wall" garden as well.
