Outside there is a pleasant garden which is mostly laid to lawn however offers further parking to the side of the property behind gates. To the front there is further off street parking for 2/3 cars. The location offers St Mary Cray mainline station situated approximately 0.9 of a mile away with regular train services into Central London as well as a short walk for local shops at Cotmandene Crescent, local bus routes serving the local area including the Nugent Centre and Orpington High Street where you will find a host of many fine restaurants, bars and leisure facilities.
