" A very well presented, three double bedroom terraced house within walking distance to Cranleigh village.

This property offers spacious living accommodation over two floors and is presented to a very high standard throughout. The accommodation comprises of an entrance porch, a downstairs WC (which could be made into a shower room) a light and bright dining room, formal lounge with doors onto the rear garden and a well equipped, well proportioned kitchen with ample storage.

On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and a family bathroom.

To the rear is a garden, approximately 50ft in length which is largely laid to lawn with two patio areas to ensure the sun can be enjoyed at every hour of the day.
