" A fine Grade II listed period family home with origins dating from the 17th Century with elevations of Jacobean 'revival' of circa 1850. The property has many unique features including original lead light windows with oak frames, polished wooden floors, exposed beams and attractive fireplaces. The property offers many period features very typical of this age of property, and all the major rooms have the most attractive southerly aspect overlooking the front and side gardens which gives the house a good degree of privacy. There are some low level wood panelling, useful outbuildings and garaging. In all the property is in some need of updating but offers a great deal of space for a growing family in this convenient location.

Situation
This attractive property occupies a private position in the heart of this popular residential area on the western side of Aldershot. The town centre has good amenities and a mainline station providing a service to Waterloo within the hour. There is an excellent choice of schooling surrounding this location and there is easy access to the M3 via the Blackwater Valley Road and the A3 via the A31 giving access to the national motorway network.
