What the Owner says:

We first bought this home four years ago because of its easy use to commute to London, being so close to the shops, sea front and train station. The fact that we have also been able to rent out some of our rooms has been a great help with the bills. Since being here, we have tanked out the basement, installed a new kitchen and flooring, re-plastered throughout and also landscaped the rear garden. There are some really exciting developments in the area, so we will certainly be staying local, we just now need that little bit more space for our growing family. This has been an amazing first home for us, it is so convenient for everything, and we hope that someone else can enjoy it as much as we have.
