" It's a handsome looking house isn't it? Attractive, substantial and traditional..but with a twist. That twist being the huge amount of additional accommodation created by sympathetic extensions, particularly to the side of the house.

Compare sizes In fact we ought to refer you immediately to the floor plan to appreciate just how much space there is, especially to the ground floor. Great ground floor space There's a downstairs loo under stairs; a playroom or snug tv room one side of the hall and across to the other side, an enormous through living room. Large enough to make two good reception rooms in their own right. Unusually grand A spectacular kitchen with miles of opaque glass effect work surfaces and a vaulted ceiling with cross beams does definitely create a 'wow' factor and the addition of a substantial pvc dining conservatory to the side makes for some impressive entertaining space. Upstairs Meanwhile up at first floor there is a similarly generous family bathroom with contemporary bath and separate shower cubicle, nicely appointed and tiled. For a bathroom with a four piece suite, it really is a good size. All large bedrooms The main front bedroom has an attractive square bay window to mirror the front of the through room downstairs, both in pvc, as well as wardrobe furniture. There are two further double bedrooms at first floor whilst a 'proper' staircase takes you to the fourth double bedroom, a room with plenty of scope for wardrobe/storage space. Outdoors Standing on the top corner of Broxton Ave with Gresford Ave, this house has the side space to extend. It still leaves an open side area for storage and for a patio. This opens up to the rear garden which is considerably private. An ornamental pond is integrated within a very long decked patio area. Locator Being at the top end of Broxton, the house is just around the corner from the main road, via a stretch of Gresford Ave so far away enough from the traffic, but handy enough to catch the bus to school or for the shops in Prenton.
