" A fabulous detached home set in a peaceful cul de sac on the outskirts of Queen Elizabeth Park and backing onto open parkland. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a contemporary open plan ground floor area. There is a separate self contained annex/au pairs suite above the double garage.

DETAILS This spacious detached home is situated in a cul de sac comprising of just three houses in the heart of the sought after Queen Elizabeth Park development. This particular home is of a 'Santolina' design and was built in 2003 by Messrs Linden and is one of the largest homes on the development.

From the exterior of the home one will be surprised by the bright and airy accommodation that is on offer to its new owners once one steps through the front door. On the downstairs there is a beautiful kitchen with granite work surfaces, with a good range of wall and floor wood units, integrated oven and hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher, and the kitchen also benefits from a useful breakfast bar.
