" I've had one careful owner since new and now it's time for a new family to come and live under my roof. It's been a great 19 years and we've had lots of friends here enjoying dinners and parties during that time. Mind sometimes a quiet family dinner in the dining room is as nice as any although the lovely summer days around the table on the patio are fantastic. I've got four good sized bedrooms and a great en-suite with a walk through dressing room. Of course being tucked away in the corner of this cul-de-sac means that I'm very quiet with a very private rear garden.

I'm close to a couple of junior schools and in the catchment for the highly regarded Ripon Grammar School. You can walk into the city centre with it's buzzing cafe's and cinema in about 15 minutes or be on the by-pass in just a minute or two by car and then onto the A1 in 10 minutes or so. Harrogate is only 12 miles away and York, Leeds and Teesside can be reached in 45 minutes to an hour by car. Or you can pick up the bus to Harrogate & Leeds just a few minutes walk away.

Another opportunity to buy me as the last buyers were let down by the lady buying theirs. My family are well down the road to a purchase so any chain could be moved on quickly.
