Full description:

There is a spacious utility room with a butler sink. To the first floor is a good sized landing with access to loft space and an airing cupboard. All 4 bedrooms are of a good size, all fitted with wardrobes and the master bedroom has a spacious en suite bathroom. The family bathroom is fitted with a white suite.
Outside, the front garden is laid to lawn with flowerbed borders and pathways. The driveway provides parking for 4 vehicles and leads to the double garage (18' 18') with an electric door. The rear garden is a particular feature and is well landscaped, approx. 70ft wide x 36ft deep and laid to lawn with mature tree and shrub planting. Continue for about 1/4 of a mile and Adams Court will be found on the right hand side and the property is the first on the right. "
