SITUATION:  Sunnyside is situated in a quiet yet convenient location in the small coastal village of West Bay which is centred around the picturesque harbour.  The property is within convenient walking distance of useful local facilities and, in particular, the Jurassic Coastline which is designated as a World Heritage Site.

The market town of Bridport lies about 1.5 miles due north where there is a comprehensive shopping centre, schools, medical centre, hospital, churches of several denominations, a bus service and a leisure centre with an indoor swimming pool.

Dorchester, the County Town of Dorset, lies about 16 miles to the east and here there is a main line rail service to London, Waterloo.
