" The views of the open farmland will set this house apart from the majority of 4 bedroom houses. The lounge and dining rooms both look out across the rear garden onto a field belonging to the local farm. You might even find some of the crop being sold in the farm shop down the road!
The kitchen is a particular feature of the house as the owner is a chef. Having been redesigned and refitted, there is now a range of integral appliances topped off by granite work surfaces. Also all of the fittings in the cloakroom, bathroom and en suite have been replaced with contemporary white fittings. The gas boiler was only installed last year. Planning permission has been granted for a sizeable extension to the rear, the details of which are available at the local authority website under reference 09/03364/5/HOUSE. The current owners had planned to stay in the house for years to come. However an opportunity has arisen which means a change of direction for them.

We bought the house for a number of reasons getting to Tunbridge Wells and Maidstone was important to me and my wife and the children needed to get to Tenterden for Homewood school.
Since living here we have discovered the local farm shop which is just a short walk down the road next to the pre school nursery. If we need anything else Cranbrook has most things.
We also discovered there are some great places to walk the dogs, namely Hempstead and Bedgebury woods.
