Set right in the heart of the thriving town of Edenbridge is this fantastic semi-detached house that doesn't disappoint. Ideal for a commuter or anyone who enjoys the countryside on their doorstep.
The ground floor offers so much more, including a kitchen, large lounge and a conservatory which has been used as a dining/entertaining room.
Upstairs on the first floor are two bedrooms and the bathroom.
On the second floor are two large double bedrooms, one of which is used as an office and when you take in the view, it's easy to understand why.
Outside is a low maintenance rear garden and thoughts of summer barbecues and a nice refreshing beverage are not too far away.
There is also lots of off road parking and a large shed.
Edenbridge has a range of shops, bars and restaurants and conveniently the largest supermarket is within walking distance.
It also has two train lines, the main line with great links to London.

As we both work in the City we were looking to buy somewhere with great links to London but also away from the hustle and bustle. Edenbridge has given us that in abundance.When we stumbled across this house we were surprised at how much accommodation it had compared to others in the price range.The proximity of everything in the town is great come rain, shine (or even snow!).We love the extra space downstairs and the conservatory has been a God send in all climates.
