" This elegant, prominently two storey house, offers spectacular family accommodation and has a plethora of period features which remain unspoilt, including stripped pine floors, intricate cornice work, striking fireplaces and original style door furniture and window shutters. These properties are incredibly popular with family buyers as they offer a good degree of lateral space as apposed to the townhouse style which is more common in this area. It is also within a level walk of the many shops, bars and amenities of both Clifton Village and Whiteladies Road.

The entrance porch gives the first feeling of period detailing with a wonderfully intricate tessellated floor. This leads through to the spectacular and grand hallway. This again has an abundance of period features including intricate flowered cornice work, stripped pine floors and a curved spindled staircase leading to the upper floors. The simplistic layout to the ground floor includes a magnificent drawing room, with large three bay sash windows complete with working shutters and a striking marble fireplace with intricate tiled cast fire inlay. The rear sitting room is again a well proportioned room with alternative, deep rear bay and an aspect over the well maintained rear garden. Entertaining is well provided for with an intimate formal dining room again with a fire place, creating a focal point to this impressive space. The kitchen/breakfast room to the rear has a range of integrated solid wood units with gas hob and electric oven, ample space for a breakfast room table and chairs with a serving hatch to the adjacent sitting room and access to the rear scullery. This scullery currently houses the gas fired boiler as well as space for a washing machine, dryer and additional fridge as well as access to the rear garden. The kitchen could be opened up to the adjacent sitting room for those that want a larger kitchen/dining family room as this has been popular with surrounding houses, subject to planning permission. The lower cellar area is divided into three rooms, currently utilised as a store room, wine cellar and further storage area. These are well vented spaces and could, if necessary, be converted into more habitable rooms, again subject to planning permission. There is also an original butlersn++ pantry, cleverly converted into a downstairs cloakroom with coat storage.

Rising the elegant spindled staircase to the half landing, you will find the first of the six upper floor bedrooms. The remainder of this first floor provides three further generous bedrooms, as well as two bathrooms. Rising the further half landing to the top floor, you will find the further two double bedrooms. The split level accommodation in these upper floors has been popular with those wanting to provide separate accommodation. There is a remainder of a large attic space with Velux window and header tank, again leaving a multitude of options for those wanting further accommodation. All of the bedrooms have a nice and green aspect due to the beautiful tree lined road providing a peaceful location.
