We built our first house next door and knew we could do this again and make No. 70 the perfect home. We had teenage children at that time so we added the basement/games room. We have so many happy memories of the parties we used to hold; the children were in the basement/games room having their own party and the adults could enjoy a great evening upstairs. We are now in the process of building a smaller house opposite. We can only say this speaks volumes to any buyer - Hever Road is a great place to live!
