" Beeches is a well proportioned and modern detached house set in one of the area's most desirable villages. Built approximately 15 years ago by renowned local developer Seaward Homes, the property has been updated recently and extended to the rear. It is offered for sale with no forward chain.

The ground floor has three good reception rooms, including a fabulous sun room with a part glazed roof and doors to the garden. In addition there is a large kitchen/breakfast room, a utility room and a WC. The first floor has four double bedrooms, two of which have en suite shower rooms.
