" Netherfield is a fine detached house set along a private lane on the outskirts of Great Dunmow that is part of the Chelmer Valley, stated as an area of outstanding natural beauty. With beautiful gardens, a private meadow and fields beyond, the location has a distinctly rural feel, yet is still within easy reach of schools, shops and other town facilities.

The house has a good size reception hall with storage cupboards and a cloakroom. The dual aspect sitting room has a solid fuel burner and wide opening into a spacious dining room which in turn leads to a fabulous family room that is open plan to a high quality fitted kitchen with integrated appliances.
