" The property was constructed by Berkeley Homes in 2012 and as such the quality of the build both internally and externally is of the highest standards.   The living space is arranged over two floors comprising on the ground floor a generous central entrance hall with cloakroom and a stunning dual aspect kitchen dining room fitted with a full complement of units including integrated appliances.
