" No. 10 The Sawmills is an end of terrace house situated on the edge of Bradford on Avon and built in approximately 2006 with a stone finish and coloured Upvc windows and doors, therefore extremely low maintenance.

The accommodation is arrange over 3 floors and briefly comprises a fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, cloakroom, light and airing sitting/dining room with French doors leading to the private south facing patio and garden. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms and a luxury fitted bathroom. Accessed via paddle steps from bedroom 2 is a useful attic room with Velux windows which would be suitable as a third bedroom or study.
