The master bedroom has a window to the side elevation and leads into a dressing area with double doors leading out into a sun room. There is an en-suite shower room with tiled shower cubicle, WC, pedestal wash basin, heated towel rail and tiled floor. There are two further bedrooms, one of which has a wash basin with storage cupboard. The bathroom has a panelled bath with shower over, wash basin with storage under, WC, heated towel rail, tiled walls and tiled floor. Along the rear of the property there is a sun room which offers attractive views over the garden and two double doors leading out onto the garden with a further stable door to the side.

There is ample parking on a shingled driveway which leads to the single garage with power and light connected, up and over door to the front and door leading into the utility room. The rear garden can be accessed along the side of the property via a pathway which leads onto a paved terrace which extends along the rear of the property. From Diss proceed along the A143 and upon reaching the roundabout turn left and continue into Harleston. Continue through the town centre and onto Redenhall Road, turning left into Station Road and left again into Maltings Drive, where the property will be found on the right hand side.
