From our office in Axminster follow the A358 to Bosshill Cross.
Turn right on to the A3052 and proceed into the village of
Colyford. From the A3052 in Colyford, turn right into Coly Road,
leading to Colyton. On reaching the Market Square, bear right in to
Dolphin Street. Follow Dolphin Street to its junction with Station
Road, cross over the bridge and take the first right. Number 2 will
be found a short distance on the left hand side as indicated by our
for sale board.
