" An imposing and handsome late Victorian semi-detached town house located in one of the most sought after locations just to the West of Leamington Spa town centre. Dating back to C.1901 the character within has been retained throughout and can be immediately noticed upon entering into the welcoming and spacious hallway with high ceilings and solid timber floors.
