So.. about the property...

As you enter through the front door, there is a vestibule which leads to a long hallway.

On your right is the door which leads into the rear Reception Room, and as you can see form the pictures, its a nice big room with nice new carpets and neutral decor. There's a feature gas fire/place, and a large window that looks out over the rear of the property which is nice and private.

The Front Reception Room is open-connected to the rear reception room and divided by an archway with curtains.
The front Reception Room also benefits from a wall mounted gas fire, and a nice big bay window.

All the windows in this property are double glazed and benefit also from brand new blinds.

The Kitchen is at the back of the property - at the end of the rear reception room.
It's a good-sized kitchen with units along two walls and includes a built-in hob, extractor and brand new oven. Brand new lino has just been fitted.

The cellar is accessed by a door that leads from the kitchen.
In the cellar we have two large rooms (under the reception rooms). It's worth a note that these are not to be considered as extra living rooms as there is no heating in the cellar.
The third cellar room is under the kitchen and this is where the central heating boiler is and the door to the rear yard.

First Floor...

The stairs to the first floor are at the end of the hallway.
At the top of the stairs we have a really nice large bathroom.
The bathroom benefits from new cushion flooring, and the usual WC, wash basin and fitted bath. There is also a shower over the bath and a shower screen.

Leaving the bathroom and moving along the landing....

We have two bedrooms....
There is a nice big double bedroom at the back of the house and another massive bedroom at the front. You can see from the pictures they are nice, clean, bright rooms.
