KITCHEN / DINER 5.49m(18'0'') x 3.05m(10'0'') Smart fitted kitchen with light beech effect work surfaces which compliment a soft yellow/cream high gloss finished base and wall unit with a brushed steel handle. Here there's a mix of patio and garden; the patio being at the lower level immediately off the porch and double opening doors. Again, a few steps lead up to the main garden area which is laid to lawn but with rather exquisite and established borders. To one corner there's a square decked patio area again, slightly raised giving another very pleasant view.
